For fifty years we were known as First Baptist Church Security/Widefield. In 2005, we felt God’s call to change our name to GracePointe.”Grace” is God’s undeserved love, mercy and forgiveness. “Pointe” is a place where people connect with God’s grace. 

Therefore, our vision is to be a point of God’s grace to the world.

Our mission is to be a community where individuals:

Encounter God’s forgiving grace

Experience God’s daily grace

and

Express God’s loving grace

We are affiliated with the Pikes Peak Baptist Association, Colorado Baptist General Convention, and Southern Baptist Convention.
